Proposed HRA plan

An Heritage Revitalization Agreement (HRA) for 441 Fader Street, New Westminster, a corner property in the Sapperton  neighbourhood, has been submitted  to the City of New Westminster.  The proposal is to retain the current 1930 heritage house through the Heritage Designation Bylaw and construct a new infill house, fronting Major Street with 3 open car and 3 bicycle parking spaces.
